Application of MOS in Outdoor Power Supply

Outdoor energy storage power supply has the characteristics of stable and reliable overall performance, simple operation, low noise and good maintenance, and is gradually becoming the mainstream outdoor power consumption solution. Portable energy storage power supply, outdoor power supply, also known as portable lithium ion battery energy storage (PES). The two most common uses of this kind of products are outdoor travel, earthquake resistance and disaster prevention.
Outdoor power supply adopts series-parallel combination of lithium-ion batteries as energy storage components. Nowadays, outdoor power supply not only needs to support fixed voltage DC output and 220V AC inverter output, but also fast charging has gradually become a characteristic function. Based on fast charging, outdoor power supply can not only directly supply power to laptops, mobile phones, unmanned aerial vehicles and other products, but also charge internal batteries, thus improving the practicability of products.
With the development of clean energy, solar panels have also developed rapidly. MPPT can track the highest output voltage and current of solar panel in real time according to the output volt-ampere curve and power curve of solar panel, automatically adjust the output power of solar panel, and make full use of the output capacity of solar panel to charge the maximum power of battery.
Introduction of Outdoor Main Board Scheme
Most of the outdoor energy storage power motherboard schemes are equipped with five output ports, which support AC/USB/Type-C/car charging/wireless charging output, and also have lighting lamps, which are rich in functions.
Energy storage DC 12V/24V port: UAV, vehicle-mounted products, POS machines, notebook computers, mobile hard disk boxes, projectors, electronic refrigerators, digital photo frames, portable DVDs, printers and other equipment.
12V Cigarette Lighter Port: Car Charge
USB/Type-c port: smart phone, tablet computer, smart watch, digital camera, projector, e-reader, etc.
AC port: Camping lamp, small rice cooker, small hot kettle, small desk lamp, fan, juicer and other small-power household appliances.
The cooperation scheme has South Core SC8802 with ultra-wide input and output voltage range. It can support the application range from 2.7 V to 30V, and meet the different needs of customers from 1 to 6 lithium batteries.
With the WSD4062 used in synchronous rectification with Baoliwei 5500, the efficiency can reach more than 94%.
Use with our WSD40120G or WSD40110G at C port, DC charging point and cigarette lighting port, each with 4 pipes as H bridge.
Output VBUS switch, use our WSP4447 or WSP4445.
Two WSD90P06 are used in parallel to control the power switch of the motherboard. Generally do 1000-2000W energy storage above.
Then now it is matched with SC8001 for 24V step-down 12V, which can be matched with WSD4076, and the efficiency can reach 96%

At present, it is matched with the 2000W energy storage scheme made by customers. With 16 series batteries of lithium iron phosphate, we can use our WSD60N10GDN56 as the customer‘s step-up and step-down control, and then use WSD50P10DN56 as the anti-reverse connection scheme. The current scheme of synchronous bidirectional inverter can realize charging and discharging at the same time.
